Faceless Ghost Lady of Delhi

Nowadays, many of us like to read or listen to scary stories or real ghost encounters. Even though we feel scared, at one point we all know that it’s either fake or it’s a very old story, so we don’t actually feel the fear. But what if You encounter a story, that might not be Hella scary, but it’s not old, maybe just a week or two? How will you feel then?

The story we are talking about is from Delhi, when a Policeman recorded a lady in a public bus, with a cloth on her face at midnight. In the embedded video, we can listen to a police officer talking to the lady, asking to show her face, to which she replies, “Chera nahi hai”, meaning “I don’t have a face”.

Now, most of you might name it as another hoax, but are we sure? a video posted by Delhi police, will it be a hoax? there are so many questions. The human mind can never accept anything that it can’t explain hence we name it as a prank or hoax or something. But I don’t think the police will perform a prank on the public… then what’s happening here?

Well, if it’s not a prank, then did we actually catch a ghost? a faceless ghost? Let’s talk about some facts, a little out of the story but it might help u understand a few things. There are many urban legends about the faceless ghosts, but one thing is common for all of them, i.e. the moment they died, something had happened to their face.

In the year 1924, in Pittsburg, a tunnel was created in the outskirts, a railway tunnel, which was later abandoned in 1962. Many locals still go there for a walk, teenagers create graffiti art on the wall. Now that tunnel has its own myth, called Green Man. The story goes like this, if you scream “GREEN MAN! GREEN MAN!”, you’ll see a human figure that is completely green, not Hulk, and he doesn’t have a face or we can say a pretty deformed face. History says that during the construction, a man died there, who was in charge of the electrical lines. During work, he got electrocuted with such high voltage that his face just melted.

So, does this mean, the women also met with some terrible accident? In Delhi, every year there are about 200 to 250 acid attacks, is she also a victim of one of those attacks? every year there are about 1200 to 1500 accidents, Is she a victim of one of those accidents? We don’t know.

Later when she is asked where she wants to go, shall we drop you somewhere, receiving no response. Can we say, that we have an urban legend in Delhi? I mean, the source of evidence is from the police itself.

If we say that, it’s a prank, do we think that police got such free time to perform a trick of this level? Maybe it’s the camera, perhaps due to low exposure and cloth color, we can’t see her face… But the people there, even if they couldn’t see her face, we can hear everyone saying, where’s her face, she doesn’t have a face.

All those policemen came out of the bus and started discussing what to do, what they do and by the time they entered the bus, that lady had vanished. Nobody knows where did she go, how did she?

This story is still a mystery among the views and the police since no one ever heard of it or we have any news over any other sightings… So what do you think, was that a ghost of some victim or an entity or just a hoax?
